Additionally, they can help alleviate headaches, toothaches, backaches, menstrual pain, sprains, and strains. Composition: Each tablet contains 100 mg of Aceclofenac. Dosage: Adults: The maximum recommended dose is 200 mg daily, taken as two separate 100 mg doses—one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Children: There is no clinical data on the use of aceclofenac in children. Side Effects: Common side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, heartburn, indigestion, and visual disturbances.
