Description Acycor Plus is indicated for relief from severe pain and inflammation in Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Low back pain, Dental pain, Gynaecological pain and painful & Inflammatory conditions of ear, nose & throat. Dosage: The recommended adult dosage is one tablet of aceclofenac 100 mg and paracetamol 500 mg in the morning and one in the evening, with a maximum of two tablets per day. Safety and efficacy for children are not established, so it’s not recommended for them. Administration and Advice to Patients: Take Acycor Plus with food to minimize the risk of upset stomach. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so avoid activities requiring mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication. Do not take any other medication containing paracetamol without consulting a doctor. Contraindications and Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe renal or hepatic impairment, severe heart failure, active peptic ulcer, or GI bleeding. Avoid in the third trimester of pregnancy. Use with caution in patients with various conditions (renal/hepatic impairment, alcohol dependence, asthma, etc.). Potential interactions with other medications (e.g., lithium, digoxin, diuretics, methotrexate).
