Avoid heat, humidity, and sunlight. Instructions: Sift the Matcha Green Tea powder in an empty cup or empty glass before adding hot water. For a hot drink: Put 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea powder in a small cup, add hot water equivalent to 1/3 of your cup (ideally 80 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute by using a bamboo whisk. Then add more hot water. Adjust the amount of hot water according to your liking. For a cold drink: Put 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Green tea powder in a glass, add hot water equivalent to 1/3 of your cup (ideally 80 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute by using a hand milk frother, bamboo whisk or fork. Then add cold water and some ice. Adjust the amount of water according to your liking. If you have a shaker you can also make iced Matcha latte without hot water.
